Service Hours
Parent Participation Service: Each school family that is in Category A or C is obligated to perform 30 hours of service per school year. A single parent will be required to perform 15 hours of service. Mid-term and new families will have their hours prorated as determined by the Principal.
Service hours are earned by volunteering your time and efforts in various activities, such as assisting students in the classroom, computer lab, attending Parents’ Guild meetings, chaperoning on class field trips, etc. A complete list of suggested areas of participation is included in the Service Hours Program Handbook, which is distributed to each family via the family envelope at the beginning of each school year.
A service hours log sheet and updated Service Hour handbook can be found by clicking on the link below. Completed log sheets are to be turned in to the school office.
